You need to know how many miles your vehicle will go on one tank of gas. For example, If your vehicle gets 20 miles per gallon, 700 divided by 20 will let you know how many gallons you will have to buy. In this case that would be 35. Then multiply the number of gallons(35)times $3.59. 35 x $3.59 = $125.65 BUT YOU MUST START WITH THE CORRECT MILEAGE. BE SURE TO BUY EXTRA GAS TO ASSURE THAT YOU WILL NOT RUN OUT DUE TO UNFORSEEN TRAVEL CONDITIONS. ALSO BE SURE TO PURCHASE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF GALLONS. NOT JUST THE DOLLAR AMOUNT. GAS PRICES ARE GOING UP, UP, UP.
